Leadership Team

Brian Vujnovic, CEO & Co-Founder of MIA Hospitality Management, brings 25+ years of hotel operations, development, and asset management expertise. He previously led asset management at Robert Finvarb Companies, overseeing 10 new hotel developments and portfolio CAPEX. Brian played a key role in launching Rosa Sky in Miami and Charlie Park in Tallahassee, both award-winning rooftop venues. Earlier, he held leadership roles with Ian Schrager Hotels and SBE, shaping his lifestyle and luxury expertise. Today, he leads MIAHM’s Marriott- and Hyatt- approved platform, driving operational excellence and portfolio growth.

Brian Vujnovic

Robert Finvarb is Partner and Chairman of MIAHM, where he leverages over two decades of experience as a hotel developer, owner, and asset manager to guide the company’s strategic growth. He is also the CEO of Robert Finvarb Companies (RFC), a nationally recognized real estate investment and development firm that has developed, owned, and asset managed more than 20 Marriott, Hyatt, and Choice branded hotels across the United States. A graduate of the University of Florida (B.S. in Accounting) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D.), Robert has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1993. Before founding RFC in 2003, he practiced law at Stearns Weaver Miller in Miami. Beyond hospitality, Robert is the Founding Principal of Windward Marina Group, which has grown into one of the five largest marina companies in the country. In addition to his business ventures, Robert is deeply engaged in civic and philanthropic initiatives, serving as a Founder of Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach,

Daniela Trudel serves as an Advisor to MIA Hospitality Management, bringing over 30 years of financial leadership and accounting expertise to the company. A graduate of Auburn University with a Master’s in Accounting and a Florida CPA, she began her career at Grant Thornton LLP, where she advanced to Assurance Services Manager before moving into senior financial roles in private industry. Daniela has overseen complex acquisition integrations, financial controls, and corporate reporting, and for nearly two decades has served as CFO of Robert Finvarb Companies. In her advisory role at MIAHM, she provides strategic oversight on corporate finance, compliance, and governance, ensuring the company maintains a strong financial foundation as it grows its hotel management platform.

Jessica Francos, VP of Operations & Finance at MIA Hospitality Management, has 17+ years of experience managing hotel portfolios across South Florida. She previously served as Area GM for AC/Element, Courtyard Marriott, and Hyatt Centric South Beach, overseeing revenues exceeding $70M annually. Known for optimizing labor, elevating guest satisfaction, and driving financial transparency, she also held leadership roles at Jesta Hotels & Resorts. Jessica is recognized for her strategic vision, operational discipline, and ability to scale systems that align ownership and brand standards.

Jessica Francos

David Reid, Corporate Director of Operations, has 13+ years of leadership experience across luxury, lifestyle, and select-service hotels. His career includes roles with Nobu, Marriott, Margaritaville, and Eden Roc, where he built expertise in F&B, rooms, and guest experience. Before MIAHM, David was Area Hotel Manager for the AC/Element Miami Brickell, driving efficiency and profitability. He also held leadership roles at THēsis Hotel Miami, Nobu Eden Roc, and Margaritaville Hollywood. At MIAHM, David focuses on enhancing guest journeys, empowering teams, and driving operational performance.

David Reid

Gytis Mikulionis is the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at MIA Hospitality Management, overseeing revenue strategy, pricing, and performance optimization across the company’s Marriott and Hyatt branded hotels. With more than 23 years of experience—largely with Marriott—he has led both property-level and multi-property revenue management. Prior to MIAHM, Gytis directed revenue strategy for Robert Finvarb Companies and previously served with Marriott’s Revenue Management Advisory Services, overseeing 110 hotels across the Midwest and leading a team of 10 revenue managers. He has also held leadership roles including Senior Revenue Manager at JW Marriott Chicago, Director of Operations at Westin Chicago Lombard, and General Manager of SpringHill Suites Lincolnshire. A graduate of the University of Michigan–Dearborn, Gytis combines revenue expertise with operational experience to drive top-line growth and profitability.

With 25+ years of finance leadership, Selina Routh is Corporate Director of Finance at MIA Hospitality Management. She oversees multi-property financial operations, acquisitions, and new openings. Her career includes senior finance roles at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, The Colony Palm Beach, Hilton, and PGA TOUR properties. Selina has led multimillion-dollar operations, enhanced controls, and implemented process improvements. A certified Hospitality Account Executive, she holds dual degrees in Sociology and Accounting. She is also active in conservation and community service, serving on nonprofit boards.

Selina Routh

Ruth Jimenez, HR Manager at MIA Hospitality Management, brings 30+ years of hospitality experience. She began her career at Hotel DiLido and later advanced at Seville Beach Hotel and Holiday Inn Oceanside. Since 2007, she has specialized in HR leadership, most recently with The Charles Group Hotels for 17 years. At MIAHM, Ruth oversees HR across multiple hotels, ensuring smooth transitions, compliance, and employee engagement. She is known for her people-first leadership style, commitment to culture, and ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Katherine Muñoz joined MIA Hospitality Management in 2025 as Accounting Manager, bringing strong operational and financial experience. She began her career at the AC/Element Brickell, quickly rising from Rooms Controller to Front Desk Supervisor to Inventory & Sales Coordinator. In those roles, she managed group and crew sales, inventory, and revenue coordination across dual-brand operations. At MIAHM, Katherine applies her financial precision and results-driven approach to strengthen accounting operations, streamline processes, and support high-performing hotel teams across the portfolio.

Shoshana Golovin is Corporate Revenue Manager at MIA Hospitality Management, supporting pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategy across the company’s Marriott and Hyatt branded hotels. She began her career in hotel operations while studying Resort & Hospitality Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she specialized in revenue management and earned CHIA, STR, and AHLA certifications. After graduating, she joined Hyatt’s Corporate Management Training Program at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager before moving to Hyatt Centric South Beach as Front Office Manager. There, she worked closely with the revenue team, a collaboration that led to her transition into revenue management. Drawing on both operational and analytical expertise, Shoshana helps drive market share growth and profitability through data-driven strategy and hands-on market insight.
